1. What Stripz are and what they are used for

Stripz are rapidly dissolving oral strips for adults 16 years plus. They are
a caffeine rich product used for mental alertness and athletic
performance, amongst other things.


2. What you need to know before you take Stripz

DO NOT take Stripz
• if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to caffeine or any of the
other ingredients of Stripz (listed in section 6)
• if you are allergic to or have ever had a reaction to tea or coffee
or any other product/medicines containing caffeine
• if you have a stomach ulcer or if you often get stomach ulcers
• if you have a duodenal ulcer (in the first part of the small
intestine) or if you often get duodenal ulcers
• if you have serious liver, kidney, heart disease, rhythm disorders,
seizure disorders, gastro-oesophageal reflux. heart failure. history
of anxiety
• if you are pregnant or breast-feeding (see section 2 “Pregnancy
and breast feeding”)

Do not take Stripz if any of the above apply to you. If you are
not sure, talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking Stripz

Caffeine can interfere with how some other medicines
work. Therefore do not take Stripz if you are taking
any of the following medicines:

• Decongestants containing ephedrine.
• Antidepressants or mood stabilisers (e.g.
monoamine oxidase inhibitors, lithium carbonate, fluvoxamine).
• Anxiolytics or sedatives (such as diazepam).
• Theophylline (used to treat asthma).
• Disulfiram (used to treat chronic alcoholism).
• Antipsychotic medicines (such as clozapine).
• Antiarrhythmic medicines (such as Adenosine),
• Seizure medicines (such as phenytoin),
• DMARDs (such as Leflunomide),
• Others medicines include Rifampicin, Ritonavir, Teriflunomide.

Pregnancy and breast-feeding:
Do not take Pro Plus if you are pregnant or breast-feeding

Please tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking or
have recently taken any other medicines, including
medicines obtained without a prescription
• Methoxsalen (psoriasis).
• Phenytoin (epilepsy)
• Levothyroxine (thyroid).
• others include; Adenosine, dipyridamole, fluvoxamine,
fosphenytoin, leflunomide, rifampicin, ritonavir, teriflunomide,
theophylline

Other medicines, foods and drinks may contain caffeine (cold
and flu medication, pain killers, drinks). This may require taking
a dose of Stripz into account.

Maximum recommended caffeine intake per day: 400mg

3. How to take Stripz

Adults and children over 16 years: One strip
without water, placed on tongue and allow to dissolve.
Maximum recommended dose ONE DAILY.
Not suitable for children under 16.
If you take more Stripz than you should:
Ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice.

4. Possible side effects

Stripz can cause side effects, If you take ONE DAILY, side
effects are unlikely. Exceeding 400mg per day (including
from other sources) increases side effect risk.

Caffeine sensitivity vary. These side effects may include:
• Insomnia, nervousness, irritability or anxiety.
• Headache.
• Tinnitus (ringing in the ears)
• Stomach complaints (e.g. nausea, vomiting
and diarrhoea).
• An increased need to pass water.
• Palpitations or changes in heartbeat.
• Rapid breathing.
• Tremor

If you get side effects and are concerned, talk to your Doctor
or Pharmacist.

Caffeine withdrawal after regular use can cause
headache, tiredness and decreased alertness. These
effects are temporary.

5. How to store Stripz

Keep this medicine out of the sight and reach of children.
Keep strips in the original pack.
Do not use after the expiry date shown on the
the blister foil. This date refers
to the last day of that month.
Store in cool, dry conditions.

6. Contents of the pack and other information

What Stripz contains:
The active ingredients in Stripz are caffeine (120mg).
L-Carnitine 40mg and Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) 1.9mg.

Other ingredients: Maltodextrin (Corn starch), Natural Cocoa,
Hydroxypropyl Cellulose, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Ascorbic
acid, Sorbitol, Citric Acid anhydrous, Malic acid, Menthol,
Steviol Glycoside, Sucralose, Natural Flavours, Natural Colour

What strips looks like and the contents of the pack:
Stripz are thin brown films. Packs are 30 individually sealed foils.
